Welcome to our charming second-floor apartment nestled within a three-story house. For larger groups, there’s the option to rent the ground floor apartment as well. Our spacious accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across three bedrooms, with the potential for an additional 3-5 guests in the ground floor unit for bigger gatherings.

Convenience is key, with free car parking provided. Step onto the terrace, located on the opposite side of the house, where you can enjoy a barbecue area perfect for outdoor gatherings. Explore the surrounding areas effortlessly with our complimentary bikes, ideal for leisurely rides.

Exciting news: an electric car charger is currently being installed for eco-conscious travelers. In the meantime, we offer base charging via 220 V to ensure your electric vehicle stays powered up during your stay.

Our apartment is situated just 2.5 km from the motorway exit, making it easily accessible for travelers. Within less than 1 km, you’ll find a spa area with a hotel and pools, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Explore the nearby attractions, including the renowned Otocec castle, located approximately 4 km away on a picturesque river island. Just 2 km further, you’ll discover the Otocec golf course, while the Mokrice golf course is also within reach, located around 40 km from our location.

Centrally positioned between Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, and Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, our apartment offers a convenient midpoint for travelers. It takes approximately 50 minutes to reach each city, and similar travel times apply from both airports (with Ljubljana airport being slightly farther away). For added convenience, we can arrange airport pickup upon request.
