Nestled in a cozy corner, a table, sofa, and a beautifully crafted traditional bed for two beckon you to experience their comfort. Nestled on the slopes of Mount Golte, just two kilometers from the charming village of Smihel, our house boasts a convenient location at the beginning of the scenic Savinja valley. Thanks to its proximity to the highway and central position within this beautiful country, you can easily reach a multitude of attractions in a relatively short time.
For your convenience, supermarkets can be found in the nearby village of Mozirje, ensuring easy access to all your daily needs. Additionally, Mozirje is home to a well-equipped health center with a first aid post, staffed by doctors and dentists, providing peace of mind during your stay.

We liked the yard best, a heavy wooden table outside the entry door under the parasol where we drank morning coffee in peace, surrounded by birds and tall spruces. We also liked the “mountain beach”, a wooden platform on the hill where one could lie on the lounge chairs below the forest and enjoy a deep view toward the wide plain below the hills.
Information regarding the object were not entirely transparent.
We were warmly and personally welcomed by Andrej with a laid table. He provided us with a snack of home-made specialities, wine, juice and other things for our stay in the kitchen.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will love this beautiful old stone cottage. And the view from the wooden deck is hard to beat!

Andrej has an excellent professional and people’s approach. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a longer stay. The location is excellent and close to all the necessary facilities. The countryside is beautiful.
We were the only ones in a beautiful setting (no neighbours), with the occasional tourist passing by.
The house is very comfortable and the sauna in it is great. It is like a country house.
It is perfect for relaxation for those who like to retreat, love old objects, rustic furnishings. The area also offers many opportunities for active recreation.

The location is excellent for hikers and nature lovers. A hiking trail passes right next to the house.
Shopping in Mozirje is about 15 minutes away by car.
The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful.
The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated in the old style. You feel like you’re in a museum. The highlight for us was the sauna in the bathroom.
