General

Detached house on a sunny location at the mountainside of the Savinska Alps. The house has two spacious bedrooms, one with a balcony and a double bed and the other with three single beds.

The living room has an open kitchen with a dining area and is equipped with a satellite TV radio. 

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Through the bathroom you can reach the sauna for two persons. N

ext to the house is a covered terrace where you can relax and have a meal. There is also a large playing field for the children and a private parking lot with an entry to the freely accessible forest. The complete tranquility makes this a wonderful vacation spot. Via a romantic road with a number of hairpin bends over the

Podvololek ridge you reach the town of Kamnik with its modern shopping center. It is also possible to reach the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, in about an hour. This modern student city with its many monuments, museums and universities is bustling with life. Delicious small restaurants, bars, cozy terraces and not least the artists’ quarter makes a visit to this city more than worthwhile. In addition, the affordability of consumptions and meals (for about € 10) you can enjoy this on a cozy terrace overlooking the river Ljublanica which flows through the city.

You can rent e-bikes from the house to take a trip in the surroundings.

Surrounding

Fantastic views of the Logarska Dolina and the serene peace and quiet will make your vacation a great pleasure and give you a sense of relaxation. Hiking on paths through the forests in the area will make you forget the daily worries of your busy and hectic life. Five minutes away is the village of Luce with a number of restaurants including restaurant “Raduga”, the famous restaurant of Slovenia. For daily shopping, there are several stores with a wide range of fresh products. A few km away is the Logarska Dolina Nature Park where you can take long walks and bike rides. In this park there are a number of tourist farms where you can enjoy delicious local dishes. In the direction of Ljubno, near the village of Struge, there is the famous ice cave Znezna Jama. After visiting the ice cave you can take a delightful walk to the top of Mount Raduha with changing views of the various roofs. A walk to Robanov kot is also worthwhile. By car one can drive in an hour to the famous park Minimundus in the city of Klagenfurt in Austria.

Location

Almost at the end of the Savinja valley you drive on a good paved road through the village of Luce to this cozy and beautifully situated house. On the other side of the Savinja river towards the Podvololek mountain. For an exact location, see the attached Google map.
