We’re excited to introduce a beautiful new location to our Slovenia portfolio: the luxurious Apartments Katja and Tina in the Savinja Valley. These two spacious apartments are located just outside Mozirje, surrounded by forest and only 300 meters from the Savinja River. Together they offer over 300 m² of living space and each can accommodate 6 to 8 guests.

Each apartment features three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a bright living room with panoramic views of Mozirje and the Dobrovlje mountains, and a terrace with its own wood-fired hot tub. The ground floor opens onto a garden with a barbecue area – perfect for long summer evenings.

In the basement, you’ll find a wellness area with a sauna and loungers, a shared lounge, and a small wine cellar. For winter sports enthusiasts, there’s storage space for skis and snowboards. Outside, you have covered parking and direct access to hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding forest.

The apartments have been built with sustainability in mind: excellent insulation, heat pump heating, rainwater usage, and currently in the process of obtaining the Slovenia Green Accommodation certificate. Pets are welcome, and free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included.
